Excellent service from all the staff, always attentive to providing good service, the restaurant is excellent, very good location since it is located one hundred and fifty meters from the central square. Posada/Restaurante San Carlos

Fantastic
Great place to stay! The price is as good as you’ll find in Antigua, and it includes a nice breakfast. Rooms are comfortable, not fancy, but nice size and well set up. But the best thing is the staff. Owners Hazel and Carlos are really friendly and helpful. Hazel went well out of her way to help us with arrangements and recovering an item lost well out of town. Carlos is great to talk to and full of info. Edgar and I became great friends. And the location is as good as you can get. Quiet street but only about a block from the center of town. A week at Posada de San Carlos
If your looking for a place to hole up in Antigua, Guatemala I recommend the Posada de San Carlos. Its centrally located about a block from the Parque Central, the rooms are clean and the food is very good. What makes it special though are the owners, Carlos, Hazel and their family, Andrea, Carlito. Carlos and clan were only too happy to offer their assistance in working things out and helping in general. They made us (my cousin and I) feel comfortable and welcome. Una súper atención...!
Este fue una reserva que estaba planeada para Semana Santa 2020 y por pandemia fue hasta este año que logramos hacer el viaje y desde 2019, el trato fue genial...! Un lugar hermoso con murales que lo hacen aún más! Súper cerca del centro Estuvimos 5 noches (3 habitaciones - íbamos con adultos mayores) y el servicio al cliente fue bastante bueno, los desayunos deliciosos, pero sobretodo, te hacen sentir como en casa...! Las habitaciones limpias y amplias. Enmita se lleva los aplausos por su servicio al cliente y sus atenciones, después de hablar con ella por WhatsApp por más de 1 año...! El tour a Panajachel con Guillermo cuidando cada detalle, genial! Pablito en su atención con los cafés a nuestra llegada hicieron que las expectativas aumentaran. Pronto volveremos!

Excelente hotel!!!
Un hotel muy completo, me gustan mucho sus hamburguesas... por las mañanas el café recien molido y el clima maravilloso de Antigua Guatemala es la mezcla que mejor hacen en este Hotel... Gracias por hacer mi estadia un recuerdo para siempre!!!
